The Cleveland Orchestra Store opens 2 hours before concerts at Severance and 2 hours before concerts at Blossom Music Center. The store stays open throughout the performance.
Gift certificates can be redeemed over the phone or through email. At this point, gift certificates cannot be redeemed through the Cleveland Orchestra Store website. Please contact us at the number or email address below to place an order.
