Shipping policy

Shipping:

Domestic (United States) orders ship for a flat rate of $5.95 per order and international (outside of United States) orders ship for a flat rate of $25.00 per order except for certain products. These products are considered to be extremely heavy and shipping cost is calculated dependent on their weight.

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on the destination and size of the package. Packages under 16 ounces will generally ship with USPS, and packages over 16 ounces will ship with UPS or FedEx.

Local Pick Up:

You may pick up your orders from the Security Office at Severance on the following days:

• Monday through Friday (9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.)

Or at The Cleveland Orchestra Store's tent during TCO concerts on Saturdays at Blossom.

Placing a Local Pick Up Order:

During the checkout process, please select "Pick Up" under the delivery options. You’ll receive an e-mail notifying you when your order is ready. After receiving your notification, you may pick up your order from Severance on any day Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

Pick Up for pre-order items will be fulfilled as soon as inventory is available.

Picking Up Your Order:

When picking up your order, you may park for free in Lot S-29 Campus Parking Garage (off East Boulevard) for up to 30 minutes. Enter Severance through the sliding glass doors and proceed to the Security Office, where your order will be waiting.
